The worksheet maker runs in your browser. Messages, optional name-line labels and generated packs are not uploaded to our server.
What is stored
This site does not create an account or remotely store a worksheet. Your browser may retain ordinary page cache files, but the tool does not create a patient or learner record.
Downloads and printing
PNG files are drawn on your device. PDF output uses your browser's print dialog.
Feedback and analytics
Questions and correction requests may be sent to info@hart-chart-worksheet-maker.com. The WhatsApp feedback button opens WhatsApp; information you choose to send there is handled by that service.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, supplies Web Analytics to measure page visits and loading performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage for its usage metrics. The chart tools do not send your messages or generated worksheet contents to this analytics service. See Cloudflare Web Analytics for more information.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregated usage and session interaction insights, such as navigation patterns and scrolling behavior, to help improve the tool. Worksheet input and output areas are masked so your custom messages, names, directions, and generated printable activities are not captured in session recordings.
